Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR) disseminated drone warfare lessons to HTS’s Al-Shaheen drone brigade that it took Ukraine two years of high-intensity warfare to develop. It also gave the Salafists 3D printer blueprints to make improved drones along with 150 samples.

That isn’t to claim that Ukraine’s intervention was decisive, but for the cost to Kiev the impact in Syria was outsized. (Russia apparently made no such effort to boost drone warfare capabilities of the Syrian army.)
