But... does not Putin all the time strongly insist that Russia is NOT at war? There is -if rumours are true- even a punishment for Russians who dare contradict that. How then can an article 4 be triggered that requires a "state of war"?
Very interesting. Western media don't want to mention these Russian treaties because it contradicts the Western story. For instance a Swiss group argued that the Russian invasion of Ukraine is basically legal because Russia first recognised the Donbass republics and concluded a defence treaty that was then activated by Ukrainian attacks against the Donbass. https://swprs.org/is-the-russian-invasion-of-ukraine-illegal/ But yes it ties Russia to North Korea and this can be exploited by the USA.
Well done Marko. Best wishes from Robert Snefjella.
It's would be a grave insult if Putin did not allow his friend and ally Kim to get in on the fun, at least in Kursk.

I think that’s a very good question

The incredible foolishness and short-sightedness of NATO should be the highlighted problem for lying to the the rest of the world.
Russia Advised NATO to (Finally) Honor Its ‘Not One Inch Eastward’ Pledge. So now why is Russia the problem?
